The Ajax Systems StreetSiren DoubleDeck is a powerful outdoor siren designed to deter intruders with its loud 113 dB sound and bright LED indicators. It features a customizable faceplate that allows for branding or important information, making it both a security device and a communication tool.
The StreetSiren DoubleDeck is resistant to extreme heat, cold, and temperature changes. Its body, which is hermetically sealed, has an IP54 rating for ingress protection. The outside siren can be mounted on the exterior walls without a canopy and is prepared to endure exposure to rain or snowfalls.
To guarantee the uninterrupted operation of all devices inside the security system, we developed the Jeweller radio protocol. Time frames, authentication, and encryption are all used by The Jeweller to synchronise connected devices' communication, prevent spoofing, and secure data transmission. Additionally, it enables devices to run for years on batteries that are already installed. Even when the hub is offline, StreetSiren DoubleDeck can respond to detector alarms in just 0.3 seconds thanks to Jeweller.
In response to an alarm signal, StreetSiren DoubleDeck takes less than a second to trigger either the audible siren or a vivid LED indicator. Any break-in will be made public right away.
The LED indicator and short beeps of the buzzer remind users that the premises are armed and indicate the entry and exit delay when activated. A false alarm becomes much less likely.
Due to its adaptability to environments, StreetSiren DoubleDeck is just as useful in a calm gated community as it is in a busy industrial location. The buzzer can be configured to produce sound between 85 and 113 dB for a duration of 3 to 180 seconds. The device can also be silent if it is configured to solely respond to alarms with LED indicator. Engineers can select the detectors that trigger the siren using the Ajax app.
The ideal mounting height to place an outside siren is 2.5 metres. Intruders are less able to access the device because of improved visibility and audibility. Nevertheless, the accelerator will set off an alarm if someone tries to pull the siren off. In any case, the buzzer's loud sound will dissuade vandals and alert the alarm monitoring company and users to the sabotage.
The pre-installed batteries in the outdoor siren last for five years, and it has external power connectors. You can decide whether to use batteries as a main power source or a backup power source. In any case, when the battery level drops to 20%, the system will alert you to the need for maintenance.
The StreetSiren DoubleDeck was specifically intended to save engineers time during installation. Quick system addition is made possible through QR codes. In the app, configurations and tests are always available. The device doesn't need to be disassembled before mounting thanks to SmartBracket and built-in batteries. A clip lock allows for rapid adjustment of the brandplate. Engineers can use a screw to secure it even more tightly.
