Hood for MotionProtect Outdoor protects sensors of the anti-masking system from rain and snow
In addition to intruders, snow might prevent the detector from operating normally. It might adhere to anti-masking sensors, obstruct their field of vision, and set off a false alarms. During a snowfall, the hood shields MotionProtect Outdoor.
Without removing the detector from the bracket, the hood may be mounted to the MotionProtect Outdoor. You get everything you need for installation with the accessory.
Spray paint causes anti-masking sensors to react, however a prolonged period of heavy rain may cause interruption. During a rainstorm, a hood covers MotionProtect Outdoor to prevent any disruption brought on by false alarms.
