The Protege DIN Rail 2A Intelligent Power Supply delivers reliable 12VDC power to the Protege system, making it ideal for supporting security, access control, or automation devices along with numerous Protege network-powered modules within the same installation. This power supply is designed with intelligent charging capabilities to ensure optimal performance and offers robust monitoring of supply currents and voltages.

Key features include a 16VAC input suitable for ICT's low-cost AC transformers, a high-performance 32-bit processor, and 2 Form B relay outputs that can be configured as programmable outputs or for status monitoring of battery failure, disconnection, and AC failure. The power supply also supports up to 8 trouble inputs for comprehensive system monitoring, offers secure encrypted RS-485 network communications, and provides battery backup for uninterrupted power during outages. Additionally, it includes diagnostic LED indicators and is designed for use with industry-standard DIN rail mounting.
